The Missouri 82 Alliance is a program of the Freedom Principle MO—Missouri First PAC working to transform the Missouri political landscape. Our goal is to unite conservatives throughout Missouri to identify and elect the next generation of true conservatives in the Missouri House of Representatives—men and women who will defend and safeguard the traditional family, businesses, and schools and implement policies that will grow and prosper our state.

Reshaping Missouri Politics

Conservative concerns are largely being ignored by our legislators. Missouri has a Republican supermajority but does not have a conservative majority.

The House Republican Campaign Committee (HRCC) supports candidates for the general election. They are concerned about the quantity of Republicans, not the quality.

Missouri 82 Alliance is focused on both quality candidates in open seats for the August primaries. By electing conservative candidates in the August primaries, the HRCC can use its resources to work with us to get these candidates elected in the November election.

Why is the Missouri 82 Alliance Needed?

A lack of Conservative Republicans in the Missouri House of Representatives impacts the ability to pass Conservative policies. These policies include:

  • Initiative Petition Reform

  • Property and Income Tax Reform

  • Parental Education Choice and Reforming Education

  • Medical Freedom

  • Pro-Family Policies

Because the moderate Republicans outnumber the conservatives, these conservative policies are blocked or watered down. Additionally, because of the lack of conservatives, these moderate Republicans elect moderate Republicans to leadership positions.

The Purpose of the Missouri 82 Alliance

30 open House seats in the 2026 election.

According to the American Conservative Union, these 29 Republicans have the following ratings:

  • 18 have a “C” rating with less than 80%

  • 4 have a “B” rating with less than 81%

  • 6 have an “A” rating with more than 90%
